The Hacienda At Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta (Adults Only), Puerto Vallarta

This Hilton has its charm but is in urgent need of updates, especially in the rooms, which feel outdated and musty. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, making our stay a bit more enjoyable. The location is convenient with good access to nearby attractions, but the dining experience, especially the dinner buffet, left much to be desired.

This resort has a beautiful hacienda atmosphere and great food, especially with Chef Juan Carlos Garcia at the helm. However, it's quite noisy, especially at night, making it difficult to relax. While I appreciated the attentive staff and decent dining options, the party atmosphere might not be ideal for those seeking peace and quiet.

We had an amazing time at the hotel, particularly enjoying the friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. The dining experience was generally positive, with some standout meals, although the buffet options did get a bit repetitive over a long stay. The location was great with beautiful grounds, but the rooms were somewhat dated, impacting the overall experience. Despite a few drawbacks, the service and amenities made up for it, making this a stay we would happily repeat.
